Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for any purchase options offered by One Life Foods, including subscriptions, recurring orders, pre-orders, try-before-you-buy offers, deposits or other purchase arrangements where available.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Standard One-Time Purchases

Most orders placed through One Life Foods are standard one-time purchases.

For standard online purchases, UK consumers usually have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions and exceptions explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, sealed food supplements, powders, capsules, oils, resins, liquids, personal-care products and similar goods cannot usually be returned once opened or unsealed, unless faulty.

2. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

If we offer subscriptions or recurring orders, you can cancel future subscription orders according to the cancellation instructions shown at checkout, in your customer account, or in your subscription management link.

You must cancel before the next order is processed if you do not want to be charged for the next subscription order.

If a subscription order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel that specific order. You may still have rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy where applicable.

Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel, refund or return orders that have already been processed or dispatched.

3. Pre-Orders

If we offer pre-orders, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page, at checkout or in the relevant product information.

You may contact us to cancel a pre-order before it is dispatched.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a standard online order and our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative option.

4. Deposits or Part-Payment Options

If we offer deposits or part-payment purchase options, the payment terms will be shown before checkout.

Cancellation rights and refund eligibility may depend on the type of product, whether the item has been dispatched, whether the order has been specially arranged, and your statutory rights.

We will clearly explain any non-refundable deposit terms before purchase where applicable.

5. How to Cancel a Purchase Option

To cancel a purchase option, please use the cancellation method provided in your account, subscription portal or order confirmation email where available.

  • the purchase option you wish to cancel.

6. Refunds

Refunds for cancelled purchase options will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.

Where a refund is due, it will usually be made to the original payment method.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law.
