We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver them within the estimated delivery times shown on our website or at checkout.
UK orders are usually delivered by DPD or another tracked courier service. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically offered and paid for.
For UK mainland orders up to 30kg, a flat delivery charge may apply. UK orders over the free-delivery threshold shown on our website or at checkout may qualify for free delivery.
Our usual UK order cut-off for next working day processing is 2pm Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off, on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, bank holidays, high-volume periods, stock availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused, the address was incorrect, the parcel was not collected, or the courier could not complete delivery, we may deduct or request a reasonable re-delivery or return-to-sender charge.
If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in another unattended location, this is done at your own risk. Once the courier records the parcel as delivered according to your delivery instructions, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.
10. International Delivery
We may offer delivery outside the UK to selected countries.
International delivery charges, timescales and courier options vary by destination, parcel weight and local rules.
You are responsible for checking whether the products you order can lawfully be imported into your country. Supplement, food, herbal and ingredient regulations vary internationally.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, courier handling fees or other local charges. These charges are your responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, refusals, seizures, additional charges or non-delivery caused by customs authorities, local import rules or failure to pay import charges.
11. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Returned goods must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition unless the item is faulty.

We may also refund the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. Premium or upgraded delivery charges may not be refunded beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
Unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
