RE-UP Hydration + Performance Intra

£29.99

Hydration should be measurable, not assumed.

Most “electrolyte” products look impressive until you realise the big numbers are often based on compound weights, not the elemental electrolytes your body actually uses. If a label doesn’t show elemental values, you can’t really tell what’s doing the work.

RE-UP removes the guesswork.

Every electrolyte in RE-UP is listed as an elemental amount, with clear reference context, so you know exactly what you’re getting and why it matters.

What RE-UP is built to do

  • Maintain hydration under heavy sweat loss

  • Support muscle firing and endurance as training progresses

  • Improve cellular hydration and fluid balance

  • Keep performance stable without stimulants

  • Give fully disclosed elemental electrolyte dosing

Intra-workout by design. Useful post-training too.

RE-UP is designed to be sipped throughout your session. That’s where it shines. As sweat loss increases, electrolyte balance shifts, performance fades, and the “easy reps” stop being easy.

Sipping RE-UP intra-workout helps keep the system stable while the workload climbs.

And because it’s stimulant-free and built around real electrolyte replacement, it also works perfectly post-training when you need to rehydrate properly, not just drink water and hope for the best.

Hydration is ions, not vibes

Hydration happens at the level of ions. Sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, and calcium control how water moves in and out of cells, how muscles contract, how nerves fire, and how long output holds up when sweat loss is high.

That’s why “electrolyte drinks” that hide behind big compound numbers often underdeliver in the real world. RE-UP is built around how the body actually regulates hydration and performance.

Electrolytes are the base layer. RE-UP goes further.

Electrolytes keep the system stable, but performance is more than just replacing salts.

RE-UP also includes osmolytes and training support compounds that help maintain cellular hydration and output as the session progresses. The aim is simple. Fewer drop-offs, fewer mid-session fades, and more repeatable performance from warm-up to final set.

Why citrulline is in an intra

RE-UP includes 2,500 mg of L-citrulline, not as a “pump ingredient”, but as a performance support tool.

As training intensity rises, fatigue is not just muscular. It’s metabolic. Citrulline supports the urea cycle, which plays a role in ammonia clearance, helping the body manage by-products of hard work. It also supports blood flow, which can help with delivery and distribution of fluids and electrolytes as demand increases.

In simple terms, electrolytes help you hold hydration. Citrulline helps you keep moving when the session starts getting expensive.

Endurance support without stimulants

RE-UP is stimulant-free by design. It supports endurance and training efficiency with ingredients that help energy production and perceived effort, without relying on caffeine to do the heavy lifting.

This makes it ideal for long sessions, late training, or stacking alongside a pre-workout without pushing the nervous system too hard.

Absorption and recovery support, because the body is picky

Your body doesn’t care how good a formula looks on paper if it doesn’t absorb and utilise it properly.

RE-UP includes targeted cofactors and absorption support to help ensure the formula is actually used effectively, especially during long sessions where hydration, output, and recovery all compete for resources.

Built as part of a system

RE-UP is designed to sit inside an intelligent training setup.

Used alongside VOLT™ Performance Pre, RE-UP becomes the intra-workout layer that keeps hydration stable and performance consistent once VOLT has switched you on.

VOLT drives the output.
RE-UP keeps the system stable.

Who RE-UP is for

RE-UP is built for people who train hard, sweat heavily, and care more about performance than hype.

Perfect for long sessions, high-output lifting, conditioning work, hot environments, endurance-focused training, and anyone tired of hydration products that look good on paper but fall short in practice.

No proprietary blends.
No inflated compound weights.
No filler ingredients.

Hydration should be measurable.
RE-UP is hydration done properly.
